Transition Minehead and Alcombe (TMA) is part of a nationwide movement. 

We want to encourage our community to become stronger, more self-reliant & protect our environment, creating a society where people matter. Volunteers harvesting potatoes at the TMA allotment 

Concern about the increasing scarcity of natural resources & problems caused to our world by climate change made us realise that we, the people of Minehead  & Alcombe, can do something ourselves.
